Release of fli4l stable version 3.10.16

After another three-month developing cycle the fli4l team is proud to present the next stable release of the 3.10 version tree.

With this release, the Linux kernel was updated from version 3.16.58 to 3.16.62. In addition, some bugs have been fixed.

Furthermore, the DNS/DHCP server dnsmasq, the linux-firmware package and the OpenSSL libraries have been updated.
